Shipping

Shipping made simple. No handling or hidden fees.

• Due to weight and safety, products are generally shipped on a pallet and delivered via curbside.  Please make sure you provide your best contact number.  
• The shipping company will call you to setup an appointment.  Note, shipping companies work off of delivery windows.  They are unable to make an exact appointment time.  The shipping company will provide a delivery window. 
• For residential orders, orders are dropped via curbside or at the start of the driveway.  Customer is responsible for making their own arrangements to move material.  For tips and more answers on this topic please visit our FAQ.
• All orders require the customer or a representative be present at the property to inspect the shipment at time of delivery.  Any issues can be notated on the Bill of Lading.
• For large quantity orders, please contact us at info@bombaytile.com for special pricing and discounts.  We will beat any competitor pricing.
• Delivery times are between 6-7 business days.  Orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time and the weekend are processed the next business day.
• Note: Orders over 39 SQFT ship on a pallet to avoid breakage due to the weight.  Please add your phone number to the order so the driver may contact you to make an appointment.  The customer will need to be home to sign for the order.  For residential deliveries, the trucker will leave the pallet(s) at the start of your driveway or curbside.  Please make your own arrangements to move the pallet(s).
